Imprexius provides data recovery solutions for various operating systems and devices, including:

  • Data Recovery for iOS: Scanning and restoring lost data on iPhone, iPad, and iPod devices through iTunes and iCloud backups.
  • Email Recovery: Recovering accidentally deleted or corrupted Outlook and Mac Mail files, including emails, contacts, and calendar entries.
  • Data Recovery for Mac: Repairing corrupted video, photo, and document files and recovering lost data from APFS, HFS+, FAT, and NTFS file systems.
  • Data Recovery for Windows: Recovering lost or corrupted Active Directory databases, SQL Server files, Linux file system files, virtual machine images, and FAT/NTFS/exFAT storage devices.

Our Services include both software tools (such as TTD Repair for Video, TTD Data Recovery Professional, TTD Mail Back, and TTD Drive Clone) and expert-assisted recovery through our support team.

4. User Accounts and Registration

  • Provide complete and accurate information when registering.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
  • Accounts with false information or in breach of Terms may be suspended or terminated.

5. License and Restrictions

5.1. License Grant: Imprexius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

5.2. Restrictions: You agree not to:

  • Refund Policy: If data recovery fails, you may request a full refund within 15 business days with proof of payment and failure report.

  • Provide accurate information about your device, OS, and data loss.
  • Follow instructions for delivering storage media or granting remote access.
  • Maintain backups; Services do not replace regular backups.
  • Use Services in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content, software, and technology are owned by or licensed to Imprexius and protected by IP laws.

9. Confidentiality

  • Customer Data: Treated as confidential, disclosed only as required by law or to perform Services.
  • User Non-Disclosure: Users may not disclose proprietary methods, techniques, or pricing.

10. Privacy and Data Security

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We perform Services professionally.
  • Services are “as is” without other warranties.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Survival: Payment, Warranties, Liability, Indemnification, IP, Confidentiality survive termination.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois.

18. Force Majeure

No liability for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.
